Group Reservations

Save time and money and give your group an unforgettable experience. From the perennial favorite Magic of Christmas to classical masterworks to Broadway showstoppers, the Portland Symphony is a wonderful way to entertain colleagues, friends, clients and family.

Groups of 10 or more that buy tickets to Portland Symphony events have the unique benefit of being able to put down a deposit and reserve a block of tickets. This gives group leaders time and opportunity to advertise the concert to group members, sign up attendees and collect payment while avoiding the possibility of purchasing tickets that won’t be used. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. Final counts and full payment must be received two weeks prior to the performance, or at the time the order is placed if within two weeks of the performance. Group orders are subject to a one-time handling fee.

A student discount of up to 50% is available on many ticket categories. Students do not need to be part of a group to enjoy this discount, but students of 10 or more enjoy the same benefits as other groups.

After final payment has been made, tickets will be mailed at no additional charge or held at the Merrill Auditorium box office. There are no refunds or exchanges.
