How to Exchange Tickets
If you cannot attend one of the concerts in your series, you may exchange your tickets for amother subscription series concert. Please mail the tickets you would like to exchange to PortTix (20 Myrtle St. Portland, ME 04101), indicating what alternate concert you would like to attend. Replacement tickets will be mailed to you, unless the request is received less than 10 days prior to the concert, in which case they will be held at the box office. Exchanged tickets should be received at PortTix 24 hours before the performance and are not accepted after a concert has taken place. If you are exchanging for a higher priced ticket, you will be charged for the difference. Please note that all sales are final upon receipt of payment. Seating is subject to availability.

Subscriber Discounts
If you wish to purchase additional tickets to a subscription event, subscribers receive a discount in most seating areas of up to 20% off regular single-ticket prices. Simply identify yourself as a PSO subscriber when purchasing your tickets.

Ticket Replacement
Should you lose or forget your tickets, simply stop by the box office and present a valid form of identification. A $1 fee will be charged for reprinting tickets.

Ticket Donations
If you are unable to attend a concert and can not exchange your tickets, you may create an opportunity for someone else to attend the concert by releasing your seats to the box office for a donation credit. To do so, simply mail the torn tickets to PortTix at least 24 hours before the concert and a tax-deductible contribution receipt will be mailed to you.

Simply present your PSO Subscriber Card at participating businesses (or mention when placing an order) to receive your subscriber discount:
