How to Exchange Tickets

• Fax torn tickets to PortTix at 842-0810 or mail to PortTix, 20 Myrtle Street, Portland, ME 04101and indicate which alternate concert you would like to attend and any seating preferences.
  
• Exchanged tickets must be received at least one business day before the performance.
• Exchanges are not accepted after a concert has taken place.
• Only series tickets purchased as a subscription may be exchanged. Add-on tickets, Magic of Christmas and special events are not subject to exchange.
• If you are exchanging for a higher-priced ticket, you will be responsible for the difference. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced ticket, the difference (usually just a few dollars) will be donated back to the PSO.
  

Your new tickets will be mailed to you, unless the request is received less than 10 days prior to the concert, in which case tickets will be held in will call at the box office. Please note that all sales are final upon receipt of payment. Seating subject to availability.

How to Purchase Additional Tickets
Subscribers receive up to 20% off additional tickets to all regular concerts, all season long!
Simply identify yourself as a PSO subscriber when purchasing the tickets through PortTix over the phone at (207) 842-0800 or in-person at 20 Myrtle Street, Portland, Maine. Discount not available online.

Subscriber discount cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers. $6 per-ticket service fee applies to all phone and internet orders. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

How to Receive Donation Credit for Unused Tickets
See “How to Exchange Tickets” above. Instead of indicating which alternate concert you would like to attend, indicate that you would like to donate the value of the tickets to the PSO. A contribution receipt will be mailed to you. Please note that the donated tickets must be received at least one business day before the performance.

How to Replace Lost Tickets
Should you lose or forget your tickets, simply stop by the PortTix box office, and we will be happy to reprint them for you.
