Memorial and honorary contributions to the Annual Fund support general operations of the Symphony and are recognized in the concert program book.

Memorial Gifts
If you would like to remember someone who loved music and the Symphony during his or her lifetime, you can make a gift in that person’s memory. Making a memorial gift is a respectful and meaningful way to pay tribute to a loved one.

Honorary Gifts
Are you looking for something to  give that friend, family member, or valued colleague who “has it all?” Do they love music and the Symphony? If so, consider making a donation to the Portland Symphony in their honor to acknowledge a special occasion: birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or just to recognize the significant role they have played in your life and community.

When you make a memorial or honorary gift, you will receive a receipt for your donation. If you request, we will also write to the person in whose name the gift was made (or their family), informing them of your thoughtful gift to the Symphony. (The amount of your contribution will be kept confidential.)
