Portland Symphony Orchestra Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are non-refundable, unless a concert is cancelled. Should inclement weather cause the cancellation of a performance, cancellation information will be available on the PSO web site, on local television and radio stations, and via PortTix at 207-842-0800. If a concert is cancelled, generally ticketholders will be able to exchange into another concert, donate the value of the tickets and receive a tax donation receipt, or receive a refund for the value of the tickets (handling fees are not refundable).
