Wine Dinner and Auction
This year's Wine Dinner features a four-course meal paired with wines from Sicily and Sardinia.
The evening begins with hors-d'oeuvres, and music by PSO musicians during the silent auction. Following the silent auction guests will be seated for the meal, which is guaranteed to inspire and delight the senses.
A highlight of the annual dinner is the live auction, which includes the opportunity to bid on private dinner parties catered by the participating chefs, luxury travel packages, and fine art. One of the highlighted auction items this year is a gourmet tour of Southern Italy’s wine regions.
